As an investor on Alpari's PAMM platform, managing your funds is easy. This article describes how to deposit and withdraw funds from your investment account.
Deposit
When you register an investment account, you create a funding.mt5 account. This account is intended only for investing in PAMM strategies. It is an internal wallet, allowing you to invest in different strategies.
How to Deposit:
- Log in to your Alpari account.
- Transfer funds into your Funding Account via any of the available deposit methods.
- Once your funds are credited, they will appear in the PAMM Portal.
- Navigate to the Investor Portal.
- Go to Subscribed Strategies.
- Click the three dots next to the strategy/account you wish to fund and select Top Up Funds.
- Choose the Funding Account as your fund source.
- Enter the amount you wish to invest and click Submit.
Withdrawal
There are two options for managing your funds: submit a request for a withdrawal or cancel your subscription.
1. Partial Withdrawal
To withdraw a portion of your funds:
- Select the three dots next to the account and choose 'Partial Withdrawal'.
- You can withdraw up to 50% of your available funds while being subscribed to the strategy.
- If no funds are available, withdrawals cannot be processed.
Note: The performance fee and management fee apply to every withdrawal transaction.
2. Subscription cancellation
- Click Subscribed Strategies and click on the crossed circle symbol.
- A subscription can be cancelled regardless of whether there is a profit or loss.
- Cancelling the subscription will remove all of the invested funds from the strategy.
- When an investor unsubscribes from a strategy, the investor's funds from the opening trades are withdrawn. New trades from the strategy will be opened but will not be allocated to the insubscribing investor during the ongoing unsubscription process.
Important: You can only withdraw a portion of your funds. Full withdrawals require cancellation of your subscription
