No Access to Registered Email?
Logging In
To access your Alpari Profile, ensure you:
- Enter the email address (using lowercase letters of the alphabet) you used to create your profile.

Forgot Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password or are unable to log in, use the “Forgot Password?” option on the login page to reset it.
Steps to Reset Your Password:
- Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page.
- Enter your email address (using lowercase letters of the alphabet).
- Enter the 4-digit PIN sent to your email and click Submit Password.
- Set up a new password for your profile.
Account has been locked
If the password is entered incorrectly five times in a row, access to the profile will be locked. You will only be able to restore access through the "Forgot Password" option.
Did Not Receive the OTP?
If you don’t receive the OTP email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- If it’s not there, try again after clearing your browser’s cookies and cache.
No Access to Registered Email?
