Please note: Wallets are only available to clients who registered before November 1st, 2024. Below are important guidelines on how to use wallets for internal transfers and manage funds within your trading accounts.
How to Find Your Wallet
- Log in to your profile.
- Your wallet is displayed on the Home Page of your account dashboard.
- To make an internal transfer, click on the wallet, enter amount and then select the trading account to which you wish to transfer funds.
Transferring Funds from Wallets
- You can only request internal transfers from your wallet to a trading account.
- Transfers out of the wallet can be quickly initiated directly from the home screen of your account dashboard.
Deposits and Withdrawals with Wallets
- Direct deposits or withdrawals to or from the wallet are not supported.
- To withdraw funds, you must first transfer funds from the wallet to a trading account, and then proceed with the withdrawal from that trading account.
Activating New Trading Accounts
- Transferring funds into a new trading account will not automatically activate it.
- A new deposit must be made to activate any newly created trading account.
