The processing time for deposits depends on the payment method used. You can view the typical processing times for each payment method by navigating to Funds > Make a deposit > and selecting your currency and amount.
Below are the typical processing times for deposits by payment method:

Processing times described as instant are the transactions carried out within a few seconds without manual processing by our processing team. While it means that the process will begin instantly, it does not guarantee that a transaction will be completed instantaneously.
What to do if the Deposit is Delayed?
If you have not received your deposit within the above stipulated timeframe, please Submit a Contact Us form as described below:
- Go to the Get Help form and select Request type "Deposit" or click here.
- In the"I need help with" field select "Status of my Deposit"
- Provide the following details:
- Transaction ID from Alpari Profile> Funds > Transaction history
- Amount of the transaction
- Date the transaction was made
- Attach a screenshot proof of funds being deducted from your account.
Once you click Submit, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. Our Customer Service agents will reply to you within 24 hours.
