Alpari offers a practice trading account that allows you to become familiar with the trading platform without making a deposit. You can learn how to trade while testing your strategies. There's no risk involved as the funds you use are virtual and free.
Follow this guide to set up and start practicing with virtual funds:
- Login to your Alpari Account > Click Profile > Switch to Practice Trading
- In the New Window click "Set up practice account" at the bottom of the page.
- Select account type. If you want to create an MT4 Practice account, click "Looking for MT4 instead?"
- A USD Practice account with 1:500 leverage will be created for you by default.
- If you select an MT4 trading account, you will be asked to create a trading account password.
- If you select an MT5 you will be able to create a trading account password after account creation by clicking on the account number > Create MT password.
Note: You can have up to 10 practice trading accounts at a time. You can manage all your trading accounts from the Profile
Is a Practice Account free?
Yes, the Practice Account is free, with no charges or fees for opening and using the account.
Note: A trading account will be automatically closed if not used for 14 consecutive days.
How to add funds to the Practice Account?
You're provided with free virtual funds to use. You can increase the balance of your practice account.
